Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return an item you must tell us within 14 days of delivery of the item to you by emailing us at admin@hastobemine.com and secure the return of the item to us within 14 days of such notification and pay the costs of return to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
No refunds will be available in respect of any item in opened packaging or where any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
Where goods arrive in damaged packaging and you are required to sign for receipt of the goods you must note the damage on the delivery note and should notify us at admin@hastobemine.com as soon as possible.
Any damaged, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you explainng the nature of the problem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the delivery of the item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an approved refund within 14 days of delivery of the item to us, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your debit /credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

A: All of our products are 100% genuine and come in the full manufacturer's packaging.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We're based in Manchester in the UK and currently only ship to customers in Mainland United Kingdom.
Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: No. We are not VAT registered so our products don't include VAT, so don't worry about any extra costs getting added at checkout!
Q: Do you sell perfume and aftershave gift sets?
A: Yes. We have an extensive range of gift sets from some of the biggest beauty brands. Visit our gift sets page to see what's available.
Q: Do you have more products than the ones listed on the site?
A: Every available product will be shown online. However we update our stock daily so if you can't find what you're looking for, check back in a couple of days and it might be available.
Q: Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
A: No. You can only use one discount code per transaction. However you can select "Free Standard Delivery" at checkout for orders over £50 and use a discount code in conjunction with this.

A: No we are purely an online retailer.

A: You can pay for your order online using any major credit or debit cards and by Paypal, Apple Pay and more.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: You can return the products to us in their full original unopened packaging within 28 days of receipt for a refund. If your product is damaged you can return this free of charge. For full details please see our Refund Policy.

Orders will be delivered by tracked delivery to UK Mainland only.
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please allow one business day to receive your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number, please email us at admin@hastobemine.com with your name and order number and we will send this to you.
*Please note that in the event that Royal Mail is unable to fulfil your order another courier such as DPD will be used, at no extra cost to the customer. This will not effect delivery times.
