COVID-19 Update (2021)

Dear customers,

With the news of the new lockdown announced on Monday 4th January 2021, we want to keep you up to date on our operations.

At present we remain open for business as usual. If further advice from the Government is received that will affect the running of we will be sure to notify you via the website and our social media channels.

As before, we are doing everything in our power to keep our customers, suppliers and staff as safe as possible, and are strictly following Government guidelines. 

Office based staff are working from home. Our suppliers and logistic partners remain open (with reduced warehouse staff for safety measures), which means we are still able to fulfil your orders within UK mainland.

With reduced workforces across all sectors, including courier services, please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive. We endeavour to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee that our chosen couriers will meet every delivery deadline. We expect to be introducing more delivery options in the coming weeks.

As previously stated…

If at any point there are more instructions from the Government or our suppliers and logistic partners, that it is no longer safe to operate, we will stop operations immediately. If at this point you have placed an order which hasn't already been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund you the full amount, or in the case payment hasn't been captured - void your payment (money won't leave your account). In this situation we will be sure to email you with confirmation.

In the meantime, we thank you for your custom during these difficult times.
